District Manager
Position Overview
Are you ready to launch an exciting new program in the Houston
market that will become the foundation for a large national sales
team? - OSL is one of the nation's largest and fastest growing
sales companies and we are looking for an experienced sales leader
to grow with us. - -Reporting to the VP Sales, the successful
candidate will lead our residential sales program featuring
AT&T Internet and Mobility services. - Our ideal candidate is a
confident, inspiring, and accountable person who can work
independently as well as in a team environment while leading our
sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Residential Sales Representatives to achieve
sales targets and grow market share growth throughout the sales
market
- Build and retain a team of Residential Sales Representatives
that are motivated to achieve sales targets and earn
commission
- Optimize sales execution through a structured and standardized
approach
- Managing successful execution of all programs elements to
ensure achievement of sales quality metrics and activation
targets
- Prioritizing of sales tactics that will optimize ROI
- Responsible to deliver coaching and motivational conversations
with Sales Representatives as well as performance planning of all
in-field activity
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
successful execution of all program elements
- Host manager sales meetings, quarterly business reviews, and
collaborate with sales management team to establish KPIs
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in sales
team management, preferably in telecom industry
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or
related fields is an asset
- Experience leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating
residential markets is an asset
- Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all
weather conditions
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and Spanish)

- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to
anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective
solutions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical
skills
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced
environment
- Willingness to travel through assigned territory (some
overnight travel may be required) on a regular basis
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to personal
vehicle for travel in field
- Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings
and weekends
