talented and enthusiastic Cooks to join our team. If you enjoy

setting, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Cook and
prepare a variety of dishes following Saigon Hustle’s standardized
recipes and production guidelines. Set up your workstation with all
necessary ingredients and equipment. Prepare ingredients by
measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and peeling. Safely use a
variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves,
and slicers. Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to Saigon
Hustle’s presentation guidelines. Properly store food by following
food safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitized
workspace, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent
customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests,
team members, and customers. Follow Saigon Hustle’s safety policies
and food safety regulations. Assist with other tasks as assigned by

multitask and complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a
fast-paced environment. Willingness to attend training and obtain
certifications as required. Reliable transportation and consistent
attendance. Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and
equipment. Qualifications: Proven knowledge of basic food
preparation principles, various cooking methods, and food safety
regulations. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid Food Handler's
