Andy Frain Services is seeking a diligent Guest Experience Specialist to elevate the guest experiences at various entertainment and sports events. As a key member of our hospitality team, the specialist will ensure optimal guest satisfaction aligned with our high standards of security and service. This role involves direct interaction with guests to resolve issues and enhance their event experience, all while maintaining a secure environment. Our ideal candidate will champion our commitment to tailored security solutions and exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for all attendees. Greet and guide guests within the venue, providing directions and event information. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a resolution that upholds company standards. Collaborate with security personnel to address and manage crowd-related issues. Monitor guest activities to ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations. Collect guest feedback to propose improvements to the guest services department. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in hospitality and security. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Experience with crowd management and conflict resolution Proficient in using technology associated with event management and guest services First Aid and CPR certifications preferred Customer service or hospitality certification is a plus
