Australia, New Zealand, the US and our newest addition opening soon
in the UK. With the huge demand for more renewable energy power
generation in the US, we are growing our presence and are excited

The Role :
(Location: Hybrid office in Houston or Remote residing in
Experienced Agency Recruitment Consultant covering the Renewable
Energy market in the US.
Working a full 360 desk where you will be involved in Account
Management, Business Development, and Candidate Recruiting.
Using your exceptional sales skills, you'll bring in clients within
the Renewables market who need to hire highly skilled candidates.
Work with those clients on sourcing and matching candidates,
setting up interviews and assisting clients as needed on offers for
Recruitment utilizing internet advertising and searches via
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social media to find matching
candidates for your client's open positions.
Phone screen candidates effectively ensuring they have the right
technical and soft skills.
Document communications and interactions with candidates in the
Collaborate with Team Manager and assist teammates while also
working autonomously when working remotely.
About you :
2+ Years working for a staffing agency that operates a 360 / Full
Desk model (both sales / account management & recruiting)
Proven track record in recruitment with an agency and developing
your own business and billings within a niche vertical
Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video
interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and
Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Skilled with Boolean searches
Experience managing multiple client relationships / accounts and
increasing client life-time value
Sourcing and Recruiting experience (Headhunting, Job Boards,
LinkedIn, Referrals etc.)
Impeccable time management skills
Experience recruiting positions in Power/Energy, Construction,
Transmission & Distribution, Engineering and Finance fields will be
highly valued and give you an excellent grounding for success at
Possess intrinsic attributes that drive success in recruitment such

integrity and work ethic
Thrive in an innovative, entrepreneurial environment
