System One is working with an international O client located in the Energy Corridor that is seeking an HR Generalist. Work schedule: Regular business hours (Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week) Currently on a Hybrid Program Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related fieldMore than 5 years of experience in HR with experience in all aspects of HRExperience working HR in O or similar industryHRIS experience a plusSAP experience a plusBilingual English & Korean a plus General Duties:Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees; verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.Update and maintain data for each employee.Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations, and employee leaves of absence such as FMLA, STD, and other leaves as they relate to legislative compliance or company policy.Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system; partner with a payroll service provider and communicate when necessary; review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees; answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.Coordinate and arrange personnel and labor relations activities.Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.Provide assistance to apply employment laws, legislated requirements, and collective bargaining agreement with respect to human resource management; monitor company or workforce adherence to labor agreements.Provide assistance in recruiting including resume screening and interviewing.Prepare, set up and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is complete.Regularly communicate with headquarter or other sites and provide necessary HR data and/or information.Assist site visitors when necessary.Works to increase and promote company culture and change management with necessary high levels of employee engagement.Conduct necessary trainings throughout the year to keep employees continuously informed and engaged Eligibility to work in the U.S.: The Company only accepts candidates holding either a permanent resident card (Green Card) or US citizenship
