This Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for work on tax-related tasks, such as W2 forms, preparing reports and updating policies, and will help achieve standards that are necessary for growth within the financial department. If you are a dynamic Payroll Manager with excellent communication, proven leadership, and are deadline driven, this may be the role for you.Our client located in Northwest Houston, TX is seeking a Global Payroll Manager. The Global Payroll Manager must have 5+ years of full cycle Payroll Experience and 3+ Years Management Experience. The Global Payroll Manager will also need to have working knowledge of Workday and ADP. The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible from running full cycle payroll for 1100+ employees globally. This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 125K plus bonus and benefits working a hybrid schedule after training.Major responsibilities- Manage processing of payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades- Work with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams- Supervise and coach payroll clerks and assistants- Comply with internal policies and relevant laws- Generate systems that process payroll account transactions, like salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments- Manage timekeeping and payroll systems- Answer payroll-related questions and resolve issues- Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
