Director position will be directly responsible for leading business
and HR strategy to our Global Operations (Ops), Safety (EHS), and
Process Optimization (POO) organizations. As a key member of the HR
Leadership team, this role will directly support our Executives
leaders, as well as direct support to multi-site Senior and
Front-Line leaders within the business portfolio. This position has
multi-site direct reports within the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
regions. This role will report to the Chief People Officer for the
Company. Responsibilities: Provides HR strategic support to the
global business by driving initiatives to achieve or exceed the
Annual Operating Plan (AOP), workforce planning and deployment, and
portfolio service delivery, while adhering to Company policy and
procedures. Partner with cross-functional teams on business
initiatives including talent training and development, service
delivery and optimization, culture, communication and continuous
improvement. Creates and deploys key HR Strategic Projects and
Processes that support the Company's Strategic Plan. Monitors
global key performance indicators, such as utilization,
productivity, TRIR, capacity headcount planning, turnover,
absenteeism, and other HR KPI's. Champion an inclusive, equitable
and diverse culture, that promotes positive employee relations,
development of talent, and retention of talent within the
organization. Collaborates with the Company's global HR team
members and HR shared service functions to support companywide HR
initiatives, including the Company's Talent Management organization
to source and attract critical skills and knowledge, and drive the
Company's Employee Value Proposition strategy. Demonstrates
positive, direct and influential leadership and operates with high
ethical standards and integrity. Co-Develop and deploy framework
for training, people development, succession, and performance
management. Advises both management and employees in HR related
matters to ensure compliance with company policy and applicable
local laws and regulations. Direct leadership and development
responsibility for multi-site HR team members. Minimum required
qualifications: 10+ of progressive HR experience. Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources Management, Organizational Design, or related
field. Demonstrated success working cross-functionally supporting
the business strategies, to meet or exceed Annual Operating Plans
(AOP). HR Professional certification preferred (GPHS, SPHR, PHR,
SHRM-CP). The ideal candidate possesses the following experience,
skills, and abilities: Demonstrated experience leading and
executing global-scale HR programs and initiatives with a high
focus on Organizational Effectiveness and Design, Talent
Development, and Employee Value Proposition strategies.
Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement, identification
of organizational opportunities and gaps, determine solutions, and
implement change. Outstanding communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
at all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving abilities to identify business risks and develop
effective mitigation strategies within the business or Company.
Independent self-starter, with the ability to make sound judgement
decisions.Available to work on-site in our Chandler, AZ or Houston,
TX offices. Ability to travel up to 25% domestically; up to 10%
