Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager -
HR/Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve organizations performance on delivering products by
managing cross functional development scope
Participate in daily scrum ceremonies, lead refinement sessions,
and engage with the Engineering team
Work directly with customers to understand their needs and
communicate product release contents
Required Qualifications:
5+ years' prior experience in a product management role
Previous product experience with US HR and Payroll
Excellent understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology practices
Experience with business analysis, documenting use cases or
requirements gathering
