Job Summary and Qualifications JOB TITLE - Healthcare Recruiter GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing clinical staff for healthcare facilities. They will also provide information to candidates about job requirements and hospital attributes. SUPERVISOR - Director of Recruitment ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Effectively utilize recruitment resources and develop new sources and contacts
• Manage the recruitment and placement process for job openings
• Conduct effective interviews and negotiate salary
• Maintain communication with applicants and manage applicant information
• Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES - Proven track record of success in recruiting environment, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office products. EDUCATION - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required; 2-year Associate Degree preferred EXPERIENCE - 1-3 years of recruitment experience required, preferably in healthcare staffing CERTIFICATE/LICENSE - None PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS - Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently.
