Key Responsibilities
Lead the hiring strategy and refine the recruitment process to
attract top talent
Source and recruit growth, tech, and operations talent with a focus
on speed and quality
Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and create
structured interview processes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting top-tier growth and marketing
talent in fast-paced environments
Experience hiring for DTC, eCommerce, or startup companies is
preferred
Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and
speed
Experience in recruiting and employer branding, with a strong
ability to craft compelling job descriptions
Deep understanding of the startup mindset and what it takes to
build an elite team
