Full time Regional Medical Director - New Opportunity + Flexible Compensation - Salt Lake City, Utah area.We are looking for a full-time DVM to join our partner hospital team as a Regional Medical Director. This position will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and a passion for providing excellent patient care.Responsibilities of the Regional Medical Director include:

• Overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Salt Lake City, Utah area
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for patient care
• Providing clinical guidance to veterinarians and staff
• Ensuring the quality of patient care
• Recruiting and retaining top veterinary talent
• Managing the budget for the medical departmentQualifications for the Regional Medical Director include:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
