-Franchise Development/operation Russo restaurant group -- -Houston, TX Franchise Sales Development Superior knowledge of the entire franchise process including lead development, lead qualification, and Lead generation, Building a pipeline of leads will be the keys to success in this position. Looking for Experienced Franchise sales person with strong knowledge of networking, prospecting, cold calling of high net worth individuals with the ability to grow the brand in new market, and target specific markets to network in each area to source New potential Franchisee to join the system. Utilize various methods such as: network with commercial real estate groups, cold calling existing franchisees, Attending Trade show and trade mission and working with gold key program for international prospecting. Using LinkedIn and other resources, managing e-blast with trade publications including posting video and promote with social media, research trade publications to contact new leads, hosting networking seminar and discovery days, working with real estate community to generate new leads. We are seeking an experienced franchise developer with the know how growing our brand in domestic and international markets. This person must have effectively worked in franchise sales and development, recruitment, in a franchisor system. Experienced Franchise sales history is a requirement. Must have a strong franchise sales history with a proven track record with a min of 7 years working with a National Brand of 30 units or more. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, Build, Generate & Execute the Franchising Strategies, Leads and Network Implement the strategic vision for long-term direction for domestic and international franchise growth Spearhead franchise sales efforts with domestic and international large area development franchise partners, Target existing potential New Franchisee in each Growth Market Build a lead generation system to market to multi unit operators and foster successful domestic and international growth Conduct trade show in local and international markets; create interest in the market prior to attending shows and strong ability to network at shows. Develop a marketing system including direct mail; networking real estate developer promoting holding seminars, webinars using a direct marketing approach to potential franchisee in target markets. Develop and implement a process to review markets (countries) for target development; includes market and partner assessments, building relationships and new market partners. Identify and develop targeted markets for higher growth and market penetration network and conduct seminars Develop plans to attract Multi unit and single unit operators. Identify internal franchise partners, leverage relationships with existing developers and personal contacts Responsible for sourcing, qualifying and helping to close potential domestic and international franchise operators to join the brand Initiate and promote new franchise lead generation that attacks a high quality prospective franchisee Execute successful in-market recruiting sessions in identified DMA's Conduct interviews with potential franchisees; Coordinate and guide candidates through the screening process; interviews, financial approvals, work evaluations, discovery days Finalize franchisee development plans in regards to franchise sales growth Support the process of opening restaurants to meet the annual opening numbers Manage regional operational and financial documents in the approval process for existing and new franchisees Educate, notify, and guide existing franchisees through the development process; operations approval, financial approval, development agreements, real estate, and construction Educate franchise partners on the system, culture, processes, policies, and legal documents QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years of experience in franchise sales in the restaurant or hospitality industry Experience in managing the franchise sales and development process Knowledge in forecasting and delivering development plans to accomplish specific goals. Proven track record in recruiting large scale Franchisees Capable of developing the recruiting strategies for various markets and types Should have a rolodex of existing franchisees they have sold to/ networked with or are potential prospects Good understanding of financials associated with running a business (Performa's, Break evens, balance sheet, credit reports, asset validation, etc.) Good understanding of target market development - market planning, mapping models Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Must have excellent oral and written skills to include formal presentations seminars, Social Media and creating webinar presentations Willingness to travel extensively, flexibility and urgency in prioritizing projects, and must be able to work independently Build franchise support system, assist existing franchisee in their operations and act as a consultant when needed CHARACTERISTICS: Possess a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results. Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences including franchise partners, operations, marketing, finance and legal departments Detail-oriented with the ability to manage applications/applicants through the qualification process Well organized with a clear sense of direction; goal driven, able to clearly define objectives Good listener; values and respects the ideas of others and thinks creatively when developing solutions Great drive and energy proven track record of closing and building leads Aggressive, great attitude & energy Flexible, adaptable, easily approachable Travel is required must have a valid passport
