Job Description:
The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospitality company in
Houston, Texas and we are currently seeking a Level II Technical
Customer Service Representative to be a part of this thriving
company. Our client has been in business for over 45 years and
continues to deliver technology and services to guest-centric
properties nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls dailyHelp clients with technical
troubleshooting with both equipment in the room & electronics
Open service ticket based on inbound calls and/or service
emails
Document notes/issues with a high level of accuracy and attention
to details on all service ticketsUtilize listening skills to
understand the nature of the customer--------s issue
Schedule & Comp:4 10-hour shifts (1 weekend day)8 -----" 7pm OR
11am -----" 10pm
Remote for weekend shift$20 per hour goes to $22 per hour after
training.
Requirements3+ years of experience in customer service and
troubleshooting environment
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Must be proficient with basic computer programs
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and/or as part of a team
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
Thrives in a fast paced environment
