Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provisioning and on boarding of the site parameters onto the platform
  
• DDC Controls programming, Graphics design, Database creation, sequence of operations for Lighting and HVAC, and Configuration in Metasys
  
• Configured Client system in Soft Jace and Web supervisor for data logs and analysis.
  
• Performed the tasks of Delivery manager and senior program manager in designing HVAC and Systems for retail projects, responsible for planning and coordinating with the design phases of HVAC engineering work, performing calculations, and developing designs for air conditioning systems, performing tasks in reviewing, checking, planning and in scheduling work activities.
  
• Programming & Commissioning: Installation of controllers, field devices, System Integration, and Troubleshooting. Software programming of supervisory & unitary system controller.
  
• Hands-on experience in SCT,CCT application, implementing PID logics to enable the AOs, scaling of Field sensors, Troubleshooting, etc
  
• Metasys application installation and upgrades and troubleshooting etc.
  
• Expert in UBMS applications installation and troubleshooting
  
• Experience in coordinating with India based Offshore team.
  
• Experience in stakeholder management.

  • Experience in Architecting and guiding the team technically.

  • Created and executed energy reduction plans and cost savings analysis showing different energy conservation measures (ECMs) based on analytic findings and using software modelling tools
    
  • Energy audits, gathered data, analyzed utility bills to prepare energy baseline and benchmark against similar buildings to measure scopes of improvements.
    
  • Developed a preliminary plan for the energy management system.
    
  • Prepared detailed HVAC system upgrade and replacement specifications incorporating high-efficiency systems
