Back-End Python Developer Houston - Hybrid 123-145k Base + Excellent Benefits As a Series A start-up, our client leverages best-in-class AI to drive enterprise communications. They currently have an exciting opening in Houston for a Back-End Python Developer to work in a hybrid capacity. As a Back-End Python Developer, you will:

• Conduct code review
• Write readable, scalable, testable, and reusable code
• Build APIs using GraphQL for frontend and AI servers
• Create modular and reusable component libraries that can be shared across projects
• Design and build backend logic
• Pack and deploy applications
• Monitor and optimize server and database performance
• Coordinate with an internal team to understand requirements, define and design software solutions
• Design high-performing, high-volume applications Applications are invited from candidates with the following experience, skills, and traits:
  • Data integration
  • Working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Cloud Architecture and threading limitations of Python
  • 3+ years using PostgreSQL/RDBMS
  • 3+ years within Python framework
  • Git, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and deployment tooling
  • Server-side templating languages (Django, Jinja 2, and Mako) The successful Back-End Python Developer can expect:
