travel.Job Responsibilities:The WorkForce Software Consultant works
closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients'
workforce management investment is achievedThe primary objective
for this role is work with industry clients to execute strategic,
operational, and financial business plans during all phases of an
engagement with clientsThey should be able to lead a Workforce
Software implementation project from inception thru deployment and
deliver client successWorks with clients' leadership and Accenture
project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to
address complex business requirements and processes related to all
areas of workforce management optimizationBe able to lead all
phases of a WorkForce Software implementation: requirements,
construction, testing, and deploymentCollaborates with internal and
external stakeholders to identify labor cost best practices,
implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver
outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional
qualityProactively identifies project issues and recommend viable
solutionsProvides content expertise for tool set-up and
implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of
workforce management tools and technologiesLeads trainings in
workforce management tools for leadership and staffBasic
Qualifications:Ability to travel 10%Minimum 3 years with Time
Attendance in WorkForce Software suiteMinimum 3 years with Absence
Compliance Tracking and/or Advanced Scheduler in WorkForce Software
suiteMinimum 3 years of experience in implementing or training on a
packaged software system or highly complex internally developed
applicationBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12+
years), Associate's Degree with 6 years of work
experienceCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide
array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the
specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
