R0001721 The IT Corporate Infrastructure Manager will provide
day-to-day management to meet all technical, schedule, and cost
requirements for all IT projects supporting hardware, installation,
usage and storage. This position will lead the IT Corporate
Infrastructure team, also inclusive of the desktop support, data
communications, security, certain software platforms such as
Citrix, email, and MFA, and database administration functions. This
team also provides system engineering and operational support for
hardware, software, and cloud systems. This individual is
responsible for design, management, and administration of systems,
including servers, virtual machines, storage, client endpoint, and
cloud solutions. Activities include assessment, design,
implementation, configuration, documentation, coordination,
control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring
and the development of specialized procedures for systems. The IT
Corporate Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for capacity
planning, developing functional long-term roadmaps, budgeting,
tuning, system monitoring, system performance and problem
resolution across all aspects of the infrastructure. Level and

Functions:
- Supervise, train and develop a cross-functional IT
Infrastructure team that manages client endpoint, server,
cloud/SaaS/IaaS, storage, voice, security, data communications and
database solutions
- Supervise, coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to
IT systems managed or supported by the IT Infrastructure team
- Provide direct support in the day-to-day operations on hardware
and operating systems, including the evaluation of system
utilization, monitoring response time, and primary support for
detection and correction of operational problems
- Participate in planning design, technical review, and
implementation for new infrastructure hardware and operating
systems
- Develop and maintain IT-related disaster recovery plans
- Develop and maintain IT-related security incident response
plans and end user training programs
- Provide technical consultation, training and support to IT
staff
- Diagnose and resolve complex network infrastructure
problems
- Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning and
analysis
- Establish standards for information systems operating
procedures
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware,
peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc., in
accordance with standards and project/operational
requirements.
- Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation,
and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related
infrastructure
- Manage and maintain annual budget and spend for the IT
Infrastructure team
- Develop work plans and SOPs for IT Infrastructure projects and
processes
- Research, evaluate, and recommend
systems/equipment/technologies based upon client needs
- Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical
designs, and other systems-related documents
- Develop and implement multi-year plans for the Company's IT
Infrastructure systems
- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people,
technology, budget and business within the IT Infrastructure team
as it relates to the needs of the overall organization and
design/implement solutions to meet those needs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate purchases and ongoing
maintenance contracts
- Prepare requisition documents and modify requirements as
necessary
- Recommend implementation of hardware and software upgrades as
necessary
- Oversee and coordinate IT SOX compliance and relevant internal
auditsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent
experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Windows Server 2008 or
higher
- Minimum of 8 years of experience of Windows server management
in a medium or large corporate environment
- Experience with patching servers/virtual machines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of IT
professionals
- Experience managing SaaS and IaaS environments
- Ability to translate internal and external customer
requirements into technical requirements that the Infrastructure
Team can execute
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical
abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage numerous processes,
people and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation
skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Physical requirements and working conditions: Must possess
mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard
office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain
attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and
carry items weighing up to 50 pounds; vision to read printed
materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to
communicate in person and over the telephone.Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with ITIL Foundation or equivalent framework
- Experience with SAN storage administration, upgrade, and
capacity planning
- Experience with VMWare vSphere management, upgrade, and
disaster recovery
- Experience with Veeam Enterprise Backup architecture,
implementations, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Cisco UCS Blade Series administration,
performance management, and capacity planning
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Suite administration,
upgrades, maintenance, and design
- Experience with F5 BigIP LTM, APM, DNS
- Experience with SAML 2.0 and Single Sign On
- Experience with Cisco IOS and Nexus administration and advanced
