Position Details:
--- Title: Field Service Technician
--- Location: Houston, TX
--- Shift: Mon- Fri, occasional evening or weekend
--- Compensation: $32 to $36/HR + OT and company truck
--- Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental and Life insurance, 401K with a company match, paid PTO, Paid sick time, Long-term and Short-term disability, and paid Holidays
--- Travel: 45-60% regional travel day trips) and 5-10% overnight

Position Description:
--- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches and via phone support
--- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
--- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
--- Produce timely and detailed service reports and quotes
--- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations, briefings, and training
--- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and triage repair on all company products and additional specialty products
--- Interact with customers to provide and process requests about company products and services
--- Follow company processes and procedures and assist in development

Requirements:
--- Associate's Degree in a technical field. Military training is a substitute.
--- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems
--- Excellent communication and organizational skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
--- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and dexterity of hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment
--- Ability to lift 50 pounds boxes to a height of 3-4 feet and load them onto trucks
--- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain a US passport
