Driving Breakthrough Innovations for Global Challenges --
Leverage your expertise in customer insights, industry trends, and
competitive landscapes to pinpoint and capitalize on both
greenfield and expansion prospects within the Refining,
Petrochemicals, sustainable fuels and chemicals sectors in
Americas, emphasizing digital transformation, the adoption of low
carbon solutions, and the advancement of sustainability
initiatives. You shall contribute to the formulation of strategic
approaches aimed at acquiring new clientele and penetrating
emerging markets within your designated geographical area while
supporting our existing customers and expanding our installed base.
Furthermore, you are expected to collaborate and form strategic
partnerships with peers in strategy and business leadership,
marketing, sales, and product development teams to devise and
implement an effective customer acquisition strategy ensuring
technical and commercial superiority. Additionally, you will be
instrumental in cultivating strategic relationships with customers
and exploring potential alliances, thereby reinforcing the
organization's market position and fostering long-term growth.
Location/Travel: Regionally base in Houston, Texas Ability
to--travel--up to 50%--Qualifications: -------------- A proven
track record of (5 to 10 years) within the Refining, Petrochemical
and sustainable fuels/chemicals sectors, specifically in the
deployment and management of automation and software solutions,
including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety systems and
advanced/business applications.-------------- An equivalent
duration of experience (5 to 10 years) in technical consultancy,
sales, business development and delivery of Automation Systems,
demonstrating comprehensive expertise in this domain.--------------
A Bachelor's degree in a major engineering field (Software,
Electrical, Chemical .. etc.)-------------- Established knowledge
of the specific needs and requirements of customers operating
within the refining and petrochemical verticals.--------------
Demonstrated understanding of the significant impact that software
and automation solutions have across the entire value chain in the
Refining, Petrochemical and sustainable fuels/chemicals
industries.-------------- Exceptional proficiency in verbal and
written communication, capable of effectively articulating complex
concepts and engaging with diverse audiences.-------------- A
consistent history of achieving objectives within stringent
timelines, evidencing strong time management and organizational
skills.-------------- An intrinsic motivation and the ability to
excel in a dynamic sales environment, showcasing initiative and a
capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.-- -- Key
Responsibilities: -- -------------- Developing and executing
comprehensive market penetration strategies tailored to meet the
specific needs of Refining & Petrochemical customers, while
delivering relevant solutions and services within the designated
region. -------------- Driving digital transformation, low carbon
solutions and sustainability growth initiatives. --------------
Solution consulting engagements will be targeted towards both
external customers and internal stakeholders in direct support of
customer's needs. -------------- Driving cross-functional alignment
to support decision making process, participating in sales pursuit
strategy planning, delivering product demos, assisting proposals
team with superior technical and commercial offerings, supporting
customer negotiations, order fulfillment and hand-over to customer
success team. -------------- Manage multiple pursuits across many
accounts tailoring solutions and developing business to achieve
revenue in assigned line of business. -------------- Provide
competitive insights and trends in support of sales pursuits.
-------------- Applying extensive domain expertise in the Refining
& Petrochemical Automation Systems sector to inform strategic
decisions and operational approaches. -------------- Acquiring a
deep understanding of the critical business and technological
factors that drive demand for associated software and automation
