credit research.--What You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Software
Engineer, your strong database and application performance tuning
skills will be essential in joining our global development team and
working on the next generation of Middle Office and Collateral
Administration product offerings. You will thrive by being a
team-oriented player in a highly collaborative environment. You
must be a self-starter who is always open to optimizing existing
development practices through new technologies, patterns, and
processes.
- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and
resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize SQL queries and database configurations to improve
performance and resource utilization.
- Maximize the availability of the loan administration platform
- Ensure SQL code quality, readability, and maintainability.--
Establish patterns and conventions.
- Define and implement alerting thresholds and notifications for
important application and database events, responding promptly to
alerts and troubleshooting issues to minimize impact on
operations.
- Review T-SQL code during the development process, highlight
potential performance issues and provide recommendations, including
converting T-SQL code to higher level programming framework(.Net)
where applicable.What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer/information
sciences, related field, or the equivalent combination of
education, training, and work experience.
- Typically, at least 8 years of work experience in information
technology with proven abilities as a database engineer or similar
role, and advanced SQL code writing skills.
- Experience with database monitoring tools such as Azure
Monitor, SQL Server Profiler, SolarWinds or similar, along with
development knowledge using Microsoft .Net/C#.
- Expertise with Azure services relevant to database management,
such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake
Storage.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing SQL databases on Azure
VMs or Azure SQL Managed Instances
- Demonstrated expertise performance tuning applications from top
to bottom, including profiling of applications. Experience with
Open Telemetry.Added Bonus If You Have
- PostgreSQL skills in addition to necessary SQL Sever

full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position
based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range,
actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors,
including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or
training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual
