Job Description:

A company is looking for an Epic Client Systems Administrator - Intermediate.
Key Responsibilities

Manage installation and renewal of TLS certificates and troubleshoot MiChart printing and device integrations
Support the Epic EHR system by performing basic system maintenance and assisting with installations and configurations
Document internal support processes and write knowledge base articles for staff and end users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
2-3+ years of progressive technical experience in supporting infrastructure or IT services in an enterprise setting
Must obtain Epic Client Systems Administrator Certification within 12-18 months of hire
