Job Details Responsibilities: Genuine interest in helping people and patience to support non-tech savvy end users. Able to speak to and support a multitude of customers, from operations to leadership Attention to detail in handling and tracking technical issues. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Cloud; IaaS, PaaS, etc. Intermediate Networking Knowledge; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, SDWAN, VPN, etc. Intermediate knowledge of MDM Platforms; Meraki SM & Microsoft Endpoint (Intune) or comparable MDM solutions Intermediate knowledge of the administration of enterprise/ITIL compliant service management systems such as ServiceDesk Plus (preferred) or ServiceNow. Advanced Microsoft 365 Management Knowledge; Licensing, Admin Center, Etc. Requirements: 3-5 Years of advanced support experience with progressing responsibilities College Degree Preferred Technical Certifications a Plus; Microsoft and/or ServiceNow Preferred ITIL Certification a plus Interested in hearing more?
