Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision benefits! 401k Sick Pay Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily inventory activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Utilize RightAngle (or equivalent software) to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast future inventory needs based on sales trends, seasonality, and other factors. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency. Perform regular audits of inventory records, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, purchasing, and supply chain processes. Participate in the planning and execution of physical inventory counts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and control. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inventory analysis role, preferably in the energy industry with reconciliation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent numerical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
