our StoryHub . Description and Requirements Responsible for
optimizing production processes using industrial engineering
analysis and chrono analysis on production. This role requires a
hands-on approach to industrial manufacturing engineering,
supporting the design of resources, labor requirements, and tooling
needed for manufacturing. Will collect manufacturing times,
understand line balance, and work continuously to improve
efficiency. Location: Whitsett, United States Key Responsibilities
Optimize production processes and update layouts using Autocad .
Search and analyze information on assembly, testing, packaging,
process times, devices, and resources provided by the lead site or
WW focal point. Balance line test time and ensure correct
utilization. Analyze samples, assembly, and disassembly of new
product units to understand the product structure. Prepare process
documentation ( LOB, Procedures, SFC, Training, and Layouts ).
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and
processing flows to identify inefficiencies and improve
productivity. Create and implement integrated systems that
efficiently manage workers, machines, materials, information, and
energy, often using CAD or other design software. Establish and
monitor quality control procedures; analyze production and labor
costs. Problem-solve using data analysis, simulation modeling, and
process mapping to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions that
boost productivity. Work with management, operations, supply chain,
and quality control teams to implement solutions and monitor their
effectiveness. Conduct Time and motion studies of manufacturing
processes and support initial line balancing. Lead and direct
continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools. Provide
and record training for the entire Manufacturing population.
Support Engineers to ensure processes meet OHSE, ergonomics,
medical department, fire department, etc. requirements. Update
documentation (LOB, procedures, SFC, E-SOP, layout, standard work,
etc.) whenever there are process changes Basic Qualifications High
school diploma or technical certification. Bachelor’s degree in
industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering or related
field. Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience. Familiarity
with ESD-safe handling procedures. Strong attention to detail and
manual dexterity. Basic computer skills for data entry and
equipment interface. Ability to lift and handle components safely.
Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of chrono analysis ,
sampling plans, and process/procedure definition for efficiency
improvements. knowledge of tools like Ishikawa/Fishbone diagram,
PDCA, FMEA, and 8D . Basic knowledge of networking, switches setup,
and infrastructure management. Lean Six Sigma principles. Excel,
Word, PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge and certification in Lean Six
Sigma (Yellow or Greenbelt). Advanced proficiency in Autocad for
manufacturing layout design and updates. Visa Sponsorship: This

Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).
