Job Description:
This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence 3 to 4
days per week. Please note that the number of days on-site can
increase based on business needs. JOB SUMMARY: The Sr.
Infrastructure Project Manager will coordinate initiatives across
multiple product teams. They will utilize agile, as well as
conventional principles and methodologies to ensure successful
project implementation. This position will ensure all project teams
understand task dependencies, timelines and project implementation
strategies. This position will also serve to remove impediments,
provide communication across teams and management regarding project
status, risks and accomplishments. Takes ownership of and is
accountable for a portfolio of products, features, components, or
solutions in a team leadership role and associated performance
metrics. Engage directly with customers to ensure delivery of a
high-quality, robust, and scalable product on a regular basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES Drive team efficiencies through adhering to
established standards and principles. Understand waterfall
methodology, SCRUM and Kanban frameworks and demonstrate the
ability to apply across complex projects. Facilitate project team
meetings, daily stand-up, iteration planning, pilot/demo, and
iteration retrospective/lessons learned meetings to drive
successful project implementation and improvement. Identify
critical path tasks and schedule appropriately to meet project
goals. Help leadership to arrange product backlogs to maximize
value, cost-cutting initiatives and strategic direction. Help
project teams to avoid and remove obstacles. Communicate risks,
issues, achievements, improvements etc to the appropriate audience.
Assess the team's maturity and provide guidance on reaching higher
levels of project delivery, at a sustainable and comfortable pace.
Focus on delivering value to the business with continual process
improvement. Promote collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate high competency in project management and the execution
of multiple large projects, including managing resources across
multiple projects to meet goals. Foster an environment of
continuous learning and improving. Ability to work in a matrix
environment; collaborate with supporting teams to achieve goals and
ensure solutions are not siloed. Understand and describe processes
and methodologies the team is implementing and be able to discuss
their benefits so that the team understands the value that can be
achieved. Organize and facilitate meetings with the business units
and project teams to identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and
communicate project updates. Seeks to inspire and motivate others,
promoting positive teamwork by maintaining elevated levels of
energy and optimism. Create an environment where people want to
excel and encourage others to work as a team for the organization's
success. Solves escalated issues and directly contributes to
problem resolution. Acts as a coach during conflict management and
leverage crisis management techniques. Rapidly adapts to latest
information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles. Adjusts
project plans based on input from staff and stakeholders. Act as a
leader and guide project team members to engage in project planning
and execution as a cohesive team. Determines objectives, sets
priorities, and delegates work. Ensures project(s) is aligned with
strategic vision and subsequent priorities. Responsible and
accountable for a portfolio of products, features, components, or
solutions in a team leadership role and associated performance
metrics. Develops project teams and staffing plans based on
consideration of strategic objectives and vision. Support senior
leadership and finance business partner on IT business case
creation. Considers financial data when making decisions. Directly
communicates with a broad range of business and technical
stakeholders across the organization. Utilizes advanced knowledge
to deliver technical presentations to various audiences including
key stakeholders and various levels of leadership. Synthesizes data
and other information to arrive at insights and develops compelling
stories for team members and/or stakeholders. Identifies risks and
their potential outcomes and implements working solutions. Serves
as an industry authority and thought leader internally.
QUALIFICATIONS - (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE) BS Degree in
Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other
related disciplines. Master's Degree or related experience is
preferred. Minimum 10 years of overall IT (or related area) work.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience. Agile methodologies
experience preferred. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS Understand and implement
agile and/or traditional project management principles and
methodologies as required by project type. Excellent leadership
capability and managerial skills; Dynamic leadership ability that
can develop and energize multi-disciplined, high- performance work
teams to learn and apply new skills / techniques to business needs.
Drive enterprise objectives through the ability to predict,
analyze, and manage cultural and technological changes within the
organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; an
ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that
establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
Demonstrated good judgment with strong problem-solving and
decision-making skills. Ability to forge strong partnerships with
vendors, business partners, and internal customers. Ability to meet
deadlines and produce quality results under pressure. Ability to
build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels
of management and staff. Excellent communication and presentation
skills. Highly motivated to accomplish desired goals and outcomes
and requires little or no supervision or direction to achieve them.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexible; readily
accepts latest changes; open to innovative ideas. Proven ability to
identify, focus on, and own high priority issues and tasks.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; manages time
well. Ability to work in a group setting or independently. Good
understanding of corporate policies, practices, and organizations.
Experience in Food Service/Distribution, CPG, or Retail is helpful
but not required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described

required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a
computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The
