Mid-Level Transactional Tax Associate Attorney A longstanding
AmLaw 100 firm client has asked Kinney Recruiting for assistance on
a search for a mid-level transactional tax associate for the firm's
Houston or Dallas office. We are looking for a tax associate with
at least three (3) years of experience in a law firm setting
advising companies and individuals on tax planning, tax aspects of
corporate transactions (acquisitions and dispositions), the
formation of investment funds, and/or securities offerings. The
winning candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad
range of corporate tax matters. A JD from a high-ranking law school
is required. An LLM in Taxation is ideal, but not required. To
