This is a unique opportunity to work on complex commercial real estate and business transactions, providing legal advice, and assisting clients in various real estate matters. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on real estate and transactional law.Responsibilities:1. Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.3. Conduct title and survey review and analysis, and coordinate with title companies to ensure clear title.4. Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate and business transaction matters.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate attorney, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.4. Proven experience in handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters.5.
