Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Employment and Litigation
Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex e-discovery projects
Coordinate the discovery process and handle document production for
litigation cases
Advise on policy and process improvements in line with legal
requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience in managing employment litigation and claims
Knowledge of laws and regulations associated with employment issues
and immigration matters
Ability to draft factual responses on behalf of the company
Experience in coordinating with outside counsel and internal
teams
Supervisory experience in handling discrimination and harassment
allegations
