Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team,
focusing on contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance
law.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate complex sales, SaaS, and agreements with enterprise
customers
Provide legal guidance on privacy, security, and compliance
matters
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and develop
scalable processes
Required Qualifications
JD admitted to practice in Iowa or eligible for admission without
examination
3-5 years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience
Significant experience in contract drafting, review, and
negotiation
Experience navigating regulatory issues related to consumer
protection and privacy is ideal
Prior experience in payments, financial services, and/or e-commerce
is desirable
