Vision insurance Job Details Responsibilities: Review and analyze
executive compensation arrangements for Section 409A compliance
Perform golden parachute (Section 280G) calculations and risk
assessments Draft, revise, and negotiate compensation and benefits
provisions in merger and acquisition agreements Advise clients on
equity plans, incentive arrangements, and other
compensation-related tax and legal issues Work closely with
corporate teams on M&A transactions, private equity matters,
and executive transitions Qualifications: 8 years of AmLaw 100 law
firm experience J.D. from a top 15 law school LL.M. in Taxation
