partner track. Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic
and experienced Permanent Associate with a specialization in
Insurance Defense to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance
industry and have a proven track record in legal research, drafting
arguments, insurance coverage, and legal writing. This is a unique
opportunity to work with a diverse team of seasoned professionals
in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be expected to
handle complex legal issues related to first-party property and
pleadings. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Associate - Insurance
Defense, you will be responsible for: 1. Conducting comprehensive
legal research and analysis to support defense strategies. 2.
Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, pleadings,
motions, and briefs. 3. Providing legal advice on insurance
coverage matters and interpreting insurance policies. 4.
Representing the firm and its clients in court proceedings,
mediations, and negotiations. 5. Collaborating with other attorneys
to develop defense strategies and ensure effective representation.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in insurance law and
regulations. 7. Developing and maintaining strong relationships
with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations
exceeded. 8. Managing case files and ensuring all relevant
documents and information are properly organized and easily
accessible. Qualifications: The successful candidate must meet the
following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in
insurance defense, with a focus on first-party property and
pleadings. 3. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. 4.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills. 5. Proven ability to
draft compelling legal arguments and pleadings. 6. Thorough
understanding of insurance coverage and policy interpretation. 7.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with
clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 8.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to think strategically and make sound decisions. 9. Ability to
manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines under
pressure. 10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. If
