Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Professional development opportunities Job Details Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney Advise clients on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning Assist clients with probate and trust administration processes Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and tailor estate plans accordingly Stay current with state and federal laws affecting estate planning and probate Represent clients in court for probate proceedings when necessary Provide guidance on charitable giving strategies and asset protection Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in Texas 3 years of experience in trusts and estate planning Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently Experience with probate and trust administration preferred Knowledge of tax laws related to estate planning is a plus Commitment to providing exceptional client service Interested in hearing more?
