an experienced commercial litigation associate to join our team and
work directly with the Managing Attorney and senior attorneys. This
role requires the ability to manage matters from pre-litigation
through trial with minimal supervision and a high degree of
professionalism and accountability. This is not a training role.
This is a role for an attorney who already knows how to litigate
and is prepared to own their work, their growth, and their results.
Compensation - Base Salary: $230,000 – $240,000 annually,
commensurate with experience - Performance Bonus: Eligibility for
performance-based bonuses tied to collected revenue and clearly
defined KPIs, with target total compensation exceeding base salary
for high performers - Position: Litigation Associate Attorney role
with clear ownership expectations, structured onboarding and ramp
support during the first 90–120 days, and long-term growth

$240,000 per year Responsibilities: - Execute assigned legal tasks
under the direction of the Managing Attorney or Senior Litigation
Associate. - Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions,
discovery materials, and other court filings. - Assist with
deposition preparation, trial preparation, and litigation strategy
execution. - Participate in court appearances and client
communications as required and under supervision. - Follow
established case strategy, firm policies, and procedural
requirements. - Promptly receive, process, and implement feedback
to improve work product. - Produce high-quality work that meets
firm standards while taking increasing ownership over assigned

years of commercial/business litigation experience. - Ability to
