The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills, with 2 years of premises liability or auto liability experience . Key Responsibilities: Investigate claims and gather evidence to document case facts Evaluate and determine the value of damaged property or bodily injury claims Interpret and explain insurance policy coverage to clients and third parties Negotiate settlements with clients, insurers, and other parties involved Assist in claims handling and litigation as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–4 years of experience in bodily injury or auto liability claims handling preferred General knowledge of claims handling processes and litigation procedures Basic working knowledge of various business line insurance products Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
