Law 100 firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support
its busy Real Estate Practice Group. The role involves managing
complex commercial real estate transactions, conducting due
diligence such as UCC, lien, litigation, and IP searches, preparing
closing documents, and coordinating communications with clients,
title companies, and vendors. The candidate must excel in
organization, attention to detail, and multitasking in a
fast-paced, high-pressure environment, requiring flexibility and
the ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include overseeing UCC filings, recording
collateral, drafting release documents, and managing project
workflows with external vendors. Strong communication skills and
confidentiality are essential. Candidates should have 4-7 years of
law firm experience, relevant education, and the ability to handle
multiple priorities independently. The role demands
professionalism, excellent technical skills, and the capacity to
contribute effectively across all levels of the firm, ensuring
efficient transaction processing and legal compliance.
