a dedicated and experienced Senior Analyst, Global Trade Compliance
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to global trade
compliance regulations and procedures. This includes managing
audits, customs compliance, logistics, and other related tasks. The
role requires a keen eye for detail, a high level of organization,
and a deep understanding of global trade regulations.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of customs
compliance, including the classification of imported goods,
valuation, and country of origin determination. Conduct regular
audits and assessments to ensure adherence to Customs-Trade
Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) security requirements and
Importer Self-Assessment (ISA) programs. Ensure compliance with
Intellectual Property Right (IPR) regulations. Coordinate with
customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance of
shipments. Implement and manage internal control procedures when
working with brokers or customs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
Foreign Trade Zone operations and regulations. Develop and
implement trade compliance training programs for internal teams.
Monitor changes in global trade regulations and update company
policies and procedures accordingly. Prepare and submit necessary
documentation for customs entries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in Business or a relevant field of study required. A minimum
of 5 years of experience in customs compliance, audit, logistics,
or other relevant work experience required. Proficiency in the use
of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Customs software tools.
U.S. Customs Brokers license or Certified Custom Specialist
preferred. Extensive knowledge of Foreign Trade Zone operations.
Familiarity with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism
(C-TPAT) security requirements, Importer Self-Assessment (ISA), and
Intellectual Property Right (IPR). Excellent attention to detail,
organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and
verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven
track record of successfully managing and implementing trade
