Job Description Job Description National Star Services is a
27-year-old facility management company providing different
services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Temp –Hire
Warehouse Team Lead for our location in Houston, TX 77038. Duties
and Responsibilities Supervise & lead a team of 20 warehouse
associates, including new hires. Oversee daily warehouse operations
such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Plan,
coordinate, and follow loading schedules. Maintain clear
communication with both warehouse staff and management regarding
operations and performance. Uphold cleanliness, organization, and
strict compliance with safety protocols. Available Schedule: Monday
– Friday (Saturdays as needed) 1st Shift: 5:30am. To 2:30pm.
Starting Pay Rate: $14.00-18.00 per hour based on Performance.
*Weekly Pay* Requirements: Must be authorize to work lawfully in
the U.S. Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker) Updated Resume is
required to apply. At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
Leadership or supervising experience. Have and wear Steel toe boots
(Required for safety) Own transportation to get to and from work on
time. Background check & Drug test will be conducted. Be able to
start working as soon as possible. Depending on the volume of
