Job Description:

Clean Harbors is seeking a CDL A or B Driver II to join our team and contribute to the success of our environmental, energy, and industrial services throughout North America. This driver will facilitate the transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste across various facilities, playing a key role in our commitment to ensure safety and environmental sustainability. This role requires rigorous adherence to safety protocols and federal/state regulations, making it suitable for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional. Operate Class A or B vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste to and from various facilities as scheduled. Maintain accurate transportation logs and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of the vehicle, ensuring that it meets safety standards. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to confirm travel routes and schedules. Participate in safety meetings and adheres to safety protocols during all work activities. Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring secure and safe handling. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism with all client interactions. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle Strong geographical knowledge Excellent time management and communication skills Proficiency in electronic log devices (ELDs) and transportation management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL A or B driver's license Clean driving record DOT medical card Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred
