Hogan1 is looking for a skilled and dedicated CDL A Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of goods and materials to various destinations across our network, helping to bolster the logistics backbone that our clients rely on. Safely operating a tractor-trailer or truck to transport goods and materials over long or short distances while adhering to company policies and legal regulations. Planning routes using GPS or other navigation tools to optimize travel time and ensure timely deliveries. Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure that the truck is in good working order and compliant with regulatory requirements. Managing paperwork associated with delivered goods and ensuring that documentation is complete and accurate. Collaborating with the logistics team to resolve any issues that arise during the route promptly. Adhering to schedules and deadlines for the delivery of goods. Maintaining a clean and mechanically sound truck at all times. Proven ability to operate a tractor-trailer or other large vehicles safely. Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. No recent moving or driving violations. Proficiency in using GPS or other routing systems. Ability to handle physical workload required to secure cargo and also while loading and unloading goods. Completion of a certified truck driving school preferred.
