Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a Construction Equipment Hub Maintenance Manager to join our Engineering & Maintenance department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of equipment functionality and safety compliance in the construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance procedures, managing equipment repair schedules, and leading a dedicated team of technicians. In alignment with our safety-first culture and commitment to continuous improvement, you will implement robust safety protocols and maintenance strategies, complying with all relevant regulations. As a Maintenance Manager, your duties include monitoring inventory, ordering necessary parts, developing maintenance schedules, and maintaining accurate records. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies. Develop maintenance schedules and maintain detailed records of service activities. Collaborate with management to improve maintenance strategies and cost-effectiveness.
