Olsen Logistics is a small carrier seeking Class A CDL Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers for long-haul refrigerated routes. This position keeps you on the road for 14 days at a time and sometimes longer depending on your location, followed by dedicated home time.

• Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 company driver

• Pay: $0.75 CPM, address to address
• Earning Potential: Average pay of $100,000 to $120,000 annually
• Miles: Consistent, dependable OTR miles; 3,000-3,400 miles weekly available

Compensation Details

• $0.75 CPM: , address to address
• $250 minimum pay per load
• $50 per additional stop
• Detention pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours, capped at layover pay
• Layover pay:
  $200
• Clean DOT inspection bonuses:
  • Level 1 inspection: $300
  • Level 2 inspection: $200
  • Level 3 inspection: $100
• Paid holidays

Drive late-model Kenworth featuring:

• Cummins engine
• Automatic transmission
• Governed at 71 MPH
• APU and inverter
• Bunk heater
• Refrigerator

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
• Driving record that meets company and insurance hiring requirements
• TWIC card or willingness to obtain one
• 1 year of refrigerated freight experience preferred
• Must meet applicable company, insurance and regulatory hiring requirements
• Must be able to accommodate approved tractor-trailer parking during home time
