Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a
dedicated and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Quality Control
Supervisor to join our team in Houston, TX, 77041. In this role,
you will play a critical part in ensuring that our sheet metal
products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion
for quality control and possess strong skills in blueprint reading,
we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Oversee and manage the
quality control process for sheet metal fabrication. Conduct
inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and
standards. Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
to ensure accuracy. Lead and mentor a team of quality control
inspectors, providing guidance and support. Develop and implement
quality control procedures and protocols. Collaborate with
production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective
actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and
quality control activities. Stay updated on industry standards and
best practices in quality control. Qualifications Proven experience
in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability
to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong communication
skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with quality control
tools and methodologies. High school diploma or equivalent;
additional certifications in quality control are a plus. You should
be proficient in: Quality Control Experience Blueprint Reading
