Job Description:
We are currently working with one of the top construction
companies in the United States. Our client is in a major growth
mode and has done some very notable multifamily projects in the
Southern States with a large concentration in Texas. With a
remarkably strong reputation for providing the best service, they
have secured several new multifamily projects that will provide an
excellent opportunity for an experienced Traveling Multifamily
Superintendent.
Responsibilities will include evaluating specifications, start and
completion dates for each phase, enforcing safety regulations,
maintaining site logistics plan, completing environmental reports
and attain all necessary permits.
The Superintendent will also manage schedules including short term
schedules to make sure all is ahead of scheduled dates, prepare and
submit superintendents daily reports, attend project meetings
including all subcontractor meetings, and review all invoices.
