SUMMARY The primary purpose of the Patient Services Coordinator position is to provide and coordinate all tasks associated with patient services within an ambulatory setting including but not limited to patient scheduling and appointment template maintenance. Communicates pertinent information regarding appointments/ scheduling, to patients, ATC Management and other patient care areas. Interprets and coordinates physician orders. Prepares and maintains patient records. The Patient Services Coordinator will assist with the Ambulatory Treatment Center (ATC). Qualified candidates must be able to work shifts within the ATC Clinic hours, including rotating weekends and holidays. Clinic hours are: 6:00AM - 11:00PM, Sunday through Saturday Available shifts are: * 6:00AM - 2:30PM * 9:30AM - 6:00PM * 2:30PM - 11:00PM CORE VALUES Caring : By our words and actions we demonstrate caring toward everyone. EXPERIENCE Required: Three years of relevant work experience. May substitute additional education for required experience on a one to one basis.
