We are looking for Desktop Support for an immediate need. This
is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular
interactions with various client managers.
- Phone support experience necessary
- Working knowledge of Toshiba TCx 700 POS hardware
- Working knowledge of Ingenico Payment Terminals
- Working knowledge of Zebra TC70 devices
- Working knowledge of tools including ServiceNow, Remote
Desktop, MS Office tools, power point preferred
- Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities and creative
- Solid ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to
detail, and meet critical deadlines
- Self-motivated, with the ability to meet and exceed position
requirements under minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to operate professionally, effectively and ethically as
an individual contributor and member of a team
- Incident and Request Management experience / Ownership
- Must understand and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Communicate on-going updates and report progress to the manager
on various activities. Prepare presentations, written
recommendations and status reports.
