Client Success Account Manager

An employer in the Houston, TX area is looking for a Client
Success Manager to join their growing team. The individual is being
brought on to be the voice of the customer as they will focus on
building long-term client relationships by creating plans and
making innovative suggestions to keep them active users. They will
do this by leveraging industry expertise to engage customers and
understand their overall needs to then match those to the products
and services that are offered. The main goal is to expand and grow
the services business by developing a management strategy and
mentoring the delivery managers. Being able to create a design in
the sales process for the company will be a major responsibility of
this individual. The KPI's they will be measured by include sales
to service conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, lifetime of
customer and net promoter scores.
Experience working in a product or subscription based company (i.e.
Experience implementing a customer success software (i.e.
5+ years of experience in a client success role
Experience building and maintaining life-time customer
relationships ranging from start ups to enterprise level
Knowledge of IT Industry and terms
Experience with creating a design of sales playbook
Ability to lead a team
Ability to travel 30-40% of the time if not local to Houston
