Lead a team of 10-12 Account Managers and Account Executives. Manage all facets of employee benefit plans for clients ranging from 1000 to 10,000+ livesDevelops strategies for the purchasing and delivery of health care benefits to active employees and retirees.Partner with clients to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive strategy Effectively communicate complex information to client contacts and high---level decision makers Develop and maintained strong relationships with clients and vendors Inspire client confidence by exceeding service expectations and resolving issues efficiently Analyze plans through competitive benchmarking and valuation modeling Collaborate on pharmacy, global benefits, retirement, HR services, benefits administration and communications to demonstrate a united front to client Participate in authentic discussions with leadership regarding company initiatives Develop interactive plan modeling tools to increase effectiveness of client decision meetings Develop and manage client project plans and implementations Collaborate with health and welfare consultants on strategic initiatives Manage vendor relationships and resolved claims issues Participate in prospect meetings and successfully engaged new clients Collaborate with client and communications practice on material for annual enrollment-- Manages large book of business through direction of employees on service team;-- Receives and develops new business leads from Producers or identifies and develops cross-sell opportunities; Acts as direct point of contact for client from time of lead;-- Acts as the lead representative to an assigned book-of-business;-- Prepares and presents to client renewal analysis;-- Provides analysis and recommendations concerning client's existing coverages;-- Selects carriers for solicitation and negotiates with carriers for benefit and premium considerations;----Job Type: Full-timePay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:
