The dynamic and critical role of Field Recruiter will be responsible for proactive recruitment of candidate pipeline and managing staffing needs at our customer distribution facilities within assigned region. This role is part of the Human Resource team working in partnership with the field operations team.Current regions available: Houston, TXHours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pmResponsibilities:As a critical member of the HR team supporting our regional leaders and on-site management, you will understand staffing needs, specific job demands, and client requirementsPublish and manage postings on job ads on careers pages, job boards and social mediaSource and contact candidates online and in-person (e.g., via Indeed, recruiting events)Communicate needs and manage relationship and applicant flow with any supplement staffing partnersManage recruitment metrics and time to fill to stated goalsMaintain local relationships with local staffing partners and cultivate working relationships with hiring managersHost job fairs, recruitment events, and establish relationships with community agencies/sources that provide applicant flowIdentify and implement effective and efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles and locations to support the needs of the organizationProvide on-site support for applicant onboarding, if neededScreen resumes and job applicationsInterview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hiresEnsure candidates meet company and client requirements for onboardingSchedule background checks and drug screensPartner with on-site management to interview candidatesRequirements:Must be bilingual (Spanish)Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Staffing Agency Recruiter or similar role preferred, not required.Ability to independently manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, on-boarding)Ability to support the team on-site and virtually, as needed 25%+ travel between locations with the region is requiredManage communication to on-site management and internal HR department relating to activity in your regionExperience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviewsExperience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levelsKnowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSolid organizational and time-management abilitiesThe ability to design and implement recruiting strategiesDemonstrated strength in independent decision makingSelf-motivated by functioning independently with a high degree of initiative and autonomy while achieving both short- and long-term goalsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred1 years of recruitment experience, with field recruiting or recruiting territory management experience preferred, not requiredExperience in a manufacturing environment preferred48forty Solutions requires that none of its employees are excluded from doing business with the Federal government.
