We seek a candidate with a history in call center operations and proven excellent customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for providing high levels of customer internally and externally support through email, phone, and other channels.--Responsibilities:--

  • Research, analyze and resolve internal/external customers' concerns and inquiries. --
  • Prepare update and ensure completion of customer concerns from 311 and any other requested report. --
  • Provide support to other operational units. --
  • Maintain and monitor accurate records. --
  • Assist in training and testing in various areas. --
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.--
