Your Job The Sales Effectiveness team works on building, scaling, and measuring the success of our growing sales team. The Tableau CRM (or Einstein Analytics) team within Sales Effectiveness collaborates with sales leaders and our Salesforce engineering team to establish reporting standards in Salesforce to leverage sales data and insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency of our Global Sales Organization. You will be an integral member of this team.As a Strategist within Sales Effectiveness, you will have the opportunity to:Identify, design, and implement new dashboards and data flows inside SalesforceInvestigate and design new methods of bringing external data into SalesforceAdvocate and strategize ways for Sales to move faster and more efficientlyCollaborate with Sales Strategy, Engineering, and BI teams to align on data standards and principlesPartner with data and analytics experts to strive for enabling optimal efficiencyInnovate new and improved capabilities within our data systemsExamine data discrepancies and resolve dashboard data issuesCommunicate results, performance, and updates to senior leadership members across the Sales Analysis Who You Are Requirements:1-3+ years working in Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Engineering and/or Consulting1+ years experience with Salesforce and Tableau CRM (TCRM/EA Badges and superbadges are a plus!) OR equivalent experience in an analytics visualization tool such as Tableau.Curiosity and passion for problem solving and leveraging data to develop insights.Passion for improving data processes, quality, structure, and accessibility.Effective communicator who is able to explain technical concepts in a simple way to non-technical audiencesHigh level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to performance and learning new skills.Desired Skills:Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), Tableau or equivalent dashboard building experience to create impactful reports, visualizations, and interactive dashboards.Familiarity with writing simple queries in a language such as, but not limited to: SQL, SOQL, SAQL.Salesforce certifications like Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics or Integration Architecture are a plus.Familiarity with quality assurance and testing frameworks. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
